Romeo and Juliet share a romantic relationship with one another.

Juliet is very obidient towards her parents and will do anything they ask in the begining of the play.

As the story moves on, Juliet's character changes and she becomes rebelious. She refuses to get married to someone she doesn't really love.

Juliet and the Nurse share a mother-daughter type relationship because the Nurse practically raised Juliet.

Friar Lawrence genuinely cares for the happiness of Romeo and Juliet. He marries them in hopes that it will help end the fued between their families. He helps them overcome the many problems that they incounter in this play.

Romeo and his friends, Mercutio and Benvolio, have a nice friendship. They stand up for one another and try to cheer one another up when going through a hard time. At the begining of the play, Romeo is depressed because a girl that he loved, did not return his love. His friends advised him to go to the party that the Capulets were hosting in order to meet new women and feel better. This shows that they care about Romeo's happiness.

Finally, Paris loves Juliet. The readers can really tell that he cares about her and when he heard that she died, he was devastated and placed flowers at the tomb for her. Juliet, on the other hand, had no feelings of love towards Paris at all. She was focused on her relationship with Romeo.
