There were far more than 3 Axis powers but the 3 main ones i would say were Japan, Germany and Italy(which eventually turned to the allied side). OTher Axis powers include: Finland, Thailand, Romania, Burma, Vichy French, Bulgaria, Austria and Hungary.
The three main Axis Powers were Germany, Japan & Italy. The main Allies were, USA, Britain (UK), Canada, Australia, and Russia (at times)
