One of the youngest living famous scientists is probably Konstantin Novoselov, one of the winners of the Nobel Prize in Physics 2010. He was born in 1974.
The top ten would be difficult to determine, as many scientists, doctors, and scholars advanced the world understanding of scientific principles. There is a list of several at the related link. Some famous ancient scientists included Aristotle, the mathematician Pythagoras, Ptolemy, Euclid, and Galen of Pergamon. Modern scientists include Jagadish Chandra Bose, Guglielmo Marconi, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, and Stephen Hawking.
