Cooking something in a pan with some grease
Yes im training to become a chef and worked in some great fish restaurants and everywhere ive worked all pan fry the fish skin side down first. They either coat the fish in flour and place it in an oiled pan and then flip it over after a bit or what i do is melt some butter and using a pastry brush, brush the fish all over, season the fish and then brush it with oil. pan fry for 2-3 minutes skin side down first and then flip it over!
You can't boil eggs in an electric fry pan. An electric fry pan needs to be plugged in and shouldn't be near water.
First you put some oil into a pan and break an egg and put inside parts on to a pan. Then you wait for the egg to fry and you flip the egg over for about 2 times and it is DONE!
If we used a quantity of oil more than required, then the bottom of the fry pan get greasy
Battered fish is normally deep fried, especially if it is fresh fish freshly battered, however if you bought the battered fish frozen, the fish will have been deep fried just long enough to part cook the batter, but not the fish before it was frozen and packaged. In this case you can deep fry it, or bake it in a hot over, grill it or fry it in a dry frying pan.

To pan fry a delicious meal, heat a pan with oil on medium-high heat, season your ingredients, and cook them in the pan until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remember to flip them occasionally for even cooking. Enjoy your tasty pan-fried dish!
Make sure you have your slices thin. This is a tougher fish and too thick and it won't turn out. Cut in to bite-size pieces and pan fry with just margarine and Cajun seasoning (Slap Ya Mama is my fav!). Cook until lightly browned.
three ingredients: Alcohol, fish, salt and water. Boil on medium. Alternatively: pan-fry the fish with sugar and deglaze with alcohol, adding soya sauce and water and maybe vinegar. There's your fish broth (plus a fish)
