Cain killed Abel because God asked for their offerings, and so the two lit a fire, if the fire goes up into the sky God accepts your offerings, if it doesn't reach the sky then God refuses and Abel's fire went into the sky and Cain's didn't. So God was more appreciative of Abel. Cain was jealous... he thought " I gave God a better gift and God liked Abel's gift better..I'll show him!" One day when Abel was working in the field, Cain stabbed him. This is all in The Bible. Genesis to be exact, Genesis isn't very long, so just take 40 min. out of your day to read it. The Bible is 100% true and not only brings you wisdom and happiness and a relationship with God, but also a good book of hate, love, romance, betrayal, human nature, and power.
