It Started with two girls, Betty Paris 9, and her cousin Abigail Williams 11 tried fortune telling. The family owned a slave called Titbua and was supposedly told the girls about witch craft and influenced them. then shortly afterward the two girls started having strange fits, A doctor was called in but he was unable to describe the fits, So he claimed that the girls were bewitched. Later other girls started having the same fits and then they started accusing people of being a witch.
