Of course he had many, as would anyone who, by preaching a new religion, was upsetting the old social order. However, if but "worst" you mean which people did he hold in greatest antipathy, that would have to be the Jews.

The Tribe of Qoreish were Mohammed's worst enemies. The assertion that the Jews were Mohammed's worst enemies is a false one. While Arabian Jews may have disagreed with Islam and did not actively support Mohammed in the various battles he waged to retake Mecca, they were not actively trying to prevent Mohammed from achieving success in his various religious and socio-political endeavors. His own tribe of Qoreish, led by Afu Sufyan, did actually try to eliminate Islam during the Meccan period and took up arms in the Medinan Period to defeat Islam. Therefore, they were far worse enemies than the Jews. The only difference is that after Mecca was reconquered, Qoreish converted to Islam whereas the Jews did not.
