Depends on the age. With teenagers, it's about 2 percent , with tweens it's more like five, with younger kids it's about eight percent. (That's for every night, or very often) I think everyone accidentally wets the bed every now and then.
I don't know how many people, but I do know that if that happens to anyone how they can prevent it. Before you go to bed go to the restroom. If you are having nightmares or unwanted dreams, draw a picture of it and rip it up to reduce the reminder of it in your brain.
About 50% in the UK
In the USA about 20% of 7 year olds wet the beds. This is because kids seem to drink the most water before bed.

Boys can get over excited and Ejaculates. Young ones might go to the bathroom.
Yes they do. like guys can so can girls, its just that when boys climax after an erotic dream, they pass a lot more fluid out through ejaculation, obviously, so its more evident.
Boys and Girls go through what we call Puberty, which starts at 8- 15 for girls, and 10-18 for boys. girls go through many changes such as, larger breasts, pubic hair, larger hips and a period. a period is when you menstruate and your vagina lets out the left over blood. boys go through changes such as, larger penis', pubic hair, deeper voices, broader shoulders, and start forming muscles and abbs. they go through, what you call a wet dream, a wet dream is when a boy gets sexually aroused in his sleep and lets out what we call semen. this is a whitish liquid in colour and leaves a wet mark on their pants or bed sheets.
Sexual dreams that produce fluids while sleeping.Answer:Wet dreams are sex dreams in which boys ejaculate from the penis and girls produce moist fluids. Wet dreams are natural and represent a normal sign of puberty in both boys and girls, although they tend to be more noticeable and inconvenient for boys. Wet dreams are most frequent during youth, but occur occasionally throughout life as a release of sexual tension.
They don't. A wet dream is what men refer to as the spontaneous disposal of old sperm/semen, usually during sleep. Women can get sexually exited during sleep leading to wetness but this cannot be described as a classic wet dream.
