Answer:

In The Bible, things happen in "two's," thus revealing a pattern of "duality" throughout.

There are two testaments, two births, two deaths, God is dual - John 10:30, two resurrections, two Adams, two fulfillments to prophecies, Two Witnesses, etc.

In this vein of duality does this question have two answers.

1) Speaking of the total population of the world today... the majority of the people are represented within two nations - China and India. Of this combined majority of the earth's population alone, a very rare few of these will have the opportunity to hear the Word of God before they die.

Of the remainder of the population, while a much greater number have heard "about" God's Word... most generally formulate an "opinion about it" without having read it.

But they have "heard" about it.

That leaves a much, much smaller percentage who actually profess His name, who have the greater opportunity to hear God's Word before they die.

2) Speaking of Judgment Day, however, in which the SECOND death may be experienced by some... the Bible says: "...I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and THE BOOKS WERE OPENED..." (Rev.20:12).

The Bible reveals itself to be "the 66 books" to be opened on Judgment Day that will judge all men... even all the Chinese and Indians who have died the first death without opportunity the first time.

The entire world will be a "captive" audience of its King, whose written Word, opened before Him, shall judge all men by what has been written in "the books."

"...and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works..." (Rev.20:12).

Referencing Judgment Day, Jesus says: "...he that rejecteth Me, and receiveth not My Words, hath one that judgeth him: the Word that I have spoken (which is the Bible), the same shall judge him in the last day..." (John 12:48).

The question asks only of people's "opportunity to hear God's Word" before death and not of people's knowledge and understanding of it before death.

The opportunity for the entire earth's population to hear it is fairly small right now, until the Two Witnesses appear and testify to all the nations in the Great Tribulation.

In the Judgment, however, the opportunity will be 100%. All of mankind will hear it... and be given to understand the Truth of it... and each person's decision to reject it or to obey it will determine whether or not they die a second time. The death from which Jesus saves men.

"...this is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire." (Rev.20:14-15)
