The moose, especially if the moose is a bull moose on the rut, would knock out the two men easily if the two men do not run away fast. Moose are standing quite taller than a human and can even send a grizzly bear flying. Even if the two men had knives or clubs, the moose (if the moose was a bull moose) would gore the two men with its large antlers to death and tear them out.

A duel is a fight between two people
A cow moose on the rut, especially one that is defending the young from an enemy, is quite dangerous and powerful enough to injure a pack of wolves. Two wolves are good at killing animals that are bigger than themselves, but the cow moose has those hooves and a strong head that could kill the two wolves. The hooves would stomp or trample the two wolves to death if the two wolves do not escape fast. Even if one wolf can distract the moose on the front, and the other can go on the back to rip out the hamstrings, a cow moose would charge at them and knock them to death. In the fight, the cow moose would win.
The fight between the two men became a free-for-all as everyone in the room joined in.

A fight between two people was reported.
Even if the two men are larged sized, they will still be no match for the gorilla. A gorilla is as strong as ten men, and the two large men are as strong as 4 medium sized men. Two large men cannot beat down a gorilla bare handed. In this case, the gorilla will most likely win no matter what sized the two men are.
The Wife of Bath prevents a fight between the Pardoner and the Host by offering to share the storytelling and keep the peace. She uses her wit and charm to diffuse the tension between the two men.
