You must mean the Xbox 360 because the Xbox lost to the PS2 and was discontinued. Only the early Xbox 360 release after the Xbox failure has even allowed anyone to consider that they are competitive. The 2005 Xbox 360 release allowed the Xbox 360 to develop a strong USA market that it continues to hold in spite of higher PS3 sales in the rest of the world. Total worldwide sales for Xbox 360 is only higher because it was sold during the year before the PS3 release in 2006.
