Technically, atheists do not hold any belief that supernatural forces control human destiny. You should not consider yourself an atheist.

When people expect from God to fit in their measures, and of course He does not, they fail in believing. Many say: if there were God, and He is good, there would not be suffering.... All of those can be explained, but that is not the question here.
