I really hate to say it but this is a rather pointless question. Tyrannosaurus-rex was 18-20 feet tall on average. While a Saber toothed Tiger was only about 6-7 feet long at not even taller than a human. So T-rex could kill the tiger with 1 bite or just crush it a few times with it's feet.

∙ 12y agoThe Saber toothed tiger weighed up to "880" pounds at maximum but Andrewsarchus weighed "2200" pounds at least. Andrewsarchus was longer and stockier. It was also built to topple prey the size of megatherium and possibly mammoths. So, their is your answer.
Finally somebody has brains thank you so much thank you again so much. Andrewsarchus powns a Sabre toothed cat any day.
