Hmmm... well that all depends on how seriously Deadpool takes the Joker. If Deadpool started laughing at the Joker's appearance, he would probably be either killed, or severely injured. If he took the Joker seriously, he would have a pretty fair chance of winning if he keeps his distance. The Joker has a plethora of deadly short ranged weapons. As far as I know, the only long ranged weapons he owns that could possibly hit Deadpool would be his playing cards, his harpoon gun, or his gun. However, since Deadpool has superhuman reflexes and speed... I'd say only the playing cards could possibly hit him, but damage would be minimized due to Deadpool's amazing healing ability. Lol sorry if I sound like a total geek here :P
