The Apostle Paul wrote the letters of 1 Peter and 2 Peter. He identifies himself as the author in both letters:
(1 Peter 1:1) 1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the temporary residents scattered about in Pon′tus, Ga·la′ti·a, Cap·pa·do′ci·a, Asia, and Bi·thyn′i·a, to the ones chosen
(2 Peter 1:1) 1 Simon Peter, a slave and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained a faith, held in equal privilege with ours, by the righteousness of our God and [the] Savior Jesus Christ. . .
The Apostle Peter wrote both books that bear his name.
The apostle Peter wrote two letters (Books) and spoke of many different things. Too many things to put down here. The best thing you can do is get a bible and read I & II Peter to see what he wrote about.
I believe II Timothy is the last book he wrote before his death. History tells us he was beheaded, not the Bible.
The last book of the Tanach (Jewish Bible) is Divrei Hayamim II (Chronicles II).
The books of the Bible that are traditionally catalogued as "history books" are the following: Joshua Judges Ruth I & II Samuel I & II Kings I & II Chronicles Ezra Nehemiah Esther
I think you may be asking about Kings I and Kings II.
Psalms & Proverbs in Old Testament of the Bible Phillipians, Philemon, I Peter & II Peter in the New Testament of the Bible
It should say in the dictionary in the back of your bible. Other then there ii don't know what to tell you.
Many, if not all, of the apostles wrote letters. Some are recorded in the Bible, while others are not. Matthew, Mark, John, I, II, & III John, I & II Peter and Revelation were all written by some of the original apostles, Matthew, Mark and John probably do not qualify as letters, but the others definitely are. Paul wrote many letters some of which were put in the Bible, and we know some were not. Luke and Acts were written as a form of a letter by Luke, who was not an original apostle.

The Gospel of Thomas and many other gospels were ommited from the Bible. Also, the Book of Tobit, the Book of Judith, the Book of Esdras I and II, and many more.
Divrei Hayamim II (II Chronicles) is the last book of the Tanach (Jewish Bible). The Tanach ended when it did due to the end of prophecy and divine inspiration.
He's not mentioned by name, but is probably the Pharoah in Exodus.
