It is generally the hardest on the sons as the parents from another culture just want their son to be successfully married and sometimes there is a dowry given by the Bride's parents. Talk to your parents and follow your heart.

I don't fully understand this question. My guess is that your trying to say that you and your girlfriend would like to marry, but you two aren't of age yet. With parent consent you can marry at 16.
