Whose nickname is Stone wall?

It was the nickname of Confederate General Thomas Jackson. He earned his nickname originally either as a reproof, when - instead of coming quickly to the aid of another army group under pressure - he was noticed by General Bee to just stay where he was 'like a stone wall'; or, as others have it, by bravely resisting an assault at the head of the Virginian "Stonewall" brigade.
