I've heard that he's Ken Schrader's cousin. Don't know if Ken has called him that during an interview at some point or what. actually what happened is during a interview, the interviewee thought they were cousins so asked carl about his cousin ken and carl just ran with it. fact is they are not cousins at all, but the nickname came out of the interview.
