Both equal
It depends on how the CD was formatted. If it was formatted such that it has been finalized you won't be able to add any new data to it. If it was formatted for additional writes - or if it is a re-writable disk, then you can add more data until it is full. Otherwise you will have to get a blank CD to put information on.
No, not any more than the weight of an abacus increases as the number it represents increases. In fact, you could argue that the disk is already full when you originally buy it. Each bit is set... albeit to values to mean that nothing is contained. Whenever you 'write' to disk you are replacing the previous bit values to new ones.
Compact Disk
full for of ata sata
There is nothing to fix, buy a bigger disk and move the files.
AnswerThis question really confused me. Normally, if the disk is full, you will get a disk full message asking you to insert another disk. You can't fill a disk beyond it's capacity. And you can't add a file to disk if the file will exceed the capacity of a disk. Again you'll get the disk full message. You can click on the My Computer icon and manually move files from one disk to another.AnswerWhen you say disk do you mean CD or do you have more than one hard drive? If you mean to move data from hard drive there's a great free utility called FileMyster that you can use to copy or move data from one drive to another.See discussion
