My 99 Dakota 5.2 magnum has it on top of the passenger side valve cover. The PCV hose will go from the valve to the manifold. The drivers side looks the same, but that's the breather, and its hose will go to the airhat, that's how you tell the difference.

Small elbow in the top of the valve cover.
It is under the front outside of the passenger side cylinder head.
It should have the 5.2 liter Magnum V8 2.5L, 3.9L, 5.2L, 5.9L
The Cam sensor is the "pick up plate" in the distributor, under the cap.
As many as it takes. In 1998, Dodge pickups were available with a 3.9 liter Magnum V6 (1500 only), 5.2 liter Magnum V8, 5.9 liter Magnum V8, 8 liter Magnum V10 (2500 and 3500), and 5.9 liter Cummins 6BT diesel (2500 and 3500). Each engine has different oil capacities, and we have no way of knowing which one you have without you telling us.
