Why 2001 tacoma V6 add 1 16floz chevron fuel injector cleaner on a full tank and on half a tank gas notice a rough idling do you think debris clogged the injector?

It is possible that the solvent in the product loosened some type of debris in the fuel rail and it is now blocking an injector.
For any larger debris in the tank - - the fuel filter would have caught it.
Speaking of the fuel filter - - are you sure that it is not clogged and restricting the flow of gas itself? When was the last time you had it replaced?
