My best guess would have to be South Africa and India. Although British rule of South Africa only lasted a few decades whereas in India it lasted for approximately 50 or so years when most or all of the country was under British control till 1947.
The British government took over in 1857 and maintained its rule (raj) until 1947... so it was 90 yrs.
