christians do not meditate- christians pray- by praying a christian reaches out to GOD through Jesus - by doing so a christian not necessary ask for help but accepts that the Ultimate being -God exists or Jesus not 2000 years ago but a living GOD here and now- by praying a christian communicates directly with GOD adoring Him as the supremeb being- askingfor forgiveness for so many sins comitted -lifting to HIM all the loved ones and thanking Him for the blessings bestowed to him a true christian- those who have no religion and have a true heart and believes there is a supreme being meditatesby meditatiing-non christians stay put in a room whereby letting all problems go and saying a mantra with closed eyes= likepraying but praying is a million times powerful than meditating

∙ 10y agoAs a Christian, we do it to communicate with God, and Jesus (Which are the same thing) so that we can have a personal relationship with Him. God wants us to bring our troubles to Him because he cares for us. He also wants our praise.
