Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI, formerly WED) is responsible for the design and development of Disney's theme parks, as well as water parks, hotels, cruise ships, shopping centers, and sports complexes.
Walt Disney made a model train in his yard for his children and others to ride and was very inspired. He wanted to make a place for adults to be children. some pros are that the park in only several weeks had their 1 millionth person, so that means a lot of money. the cons where they were deep in dept and went even farther before producing Disneyland, which when opened was a wreck, with rides breaking down and it being very dirty, buy they fixed it up

In the United States, there are two main Disney resorts. The oldest is Disneyland, located in California. This park includes several themed areas, like Main Street, U.S.A. and Fantasyland. Disney World is the larger resort and is located in Florida. Disney World is broken up into several different parks, including the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and the Animal Kingdom.
