I assume you are asking about the Walt Disney College Program. If so, yes. You will be given a bus schedule that arrives at all 3 housing locations for pick up of Disney CP's and drop them off backstage at all parks, Downtown Disney, and Water Parks. It is provided free through the College Program.

No. Most cast members have their own housing. Disney does offer off property dorms for the cast members enrolled in college program or international program. Some cast members choose to stay in extended stay hotels (approx, $180/week) but these are not owned or operated by Disney.
