These easiest way to transfer from resort to a park would be the provided Disney bus transportation; The map given to you at check in will direct you to the closest bus stop.
The ride from Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World resort is about 30 minutes at off peak times. Morning and afternoon arrivals can experience some delays with traffic. But guests should take advantage of Disney's Magical Express. It is free to guests staying at any Disney resort hotel. Registration can be completed on line with your reservation or with any Disney travel adviser. Travel vouchers and luggage tags will be sent to your home before your departure. These luggage tags let Disney staff pull your bags for direct delivery to your room. You do not have to collect your bags at the airport. Simply go to the Magical Express departure center where cast members direct you to your bus that takes you straight to your resort. Often guests go directly to the parks and return to their room with bags waiting. This same feature is offered to take guests to the airport when leaving the resort. The convenience and cost savings is priceless. The ride from the airport to WDW passes quickly and easily with the use of Magical Express.

I assume you are asking about the Walt Disney College Program. If so, yes. You will be given a bus schedule that arrives at all 3 housing locations for pick up of Disney CP's and drop them off backstage at all parks, Downtown Disney, and Water Parks. It is provided free through the College Program.

You will have to either drive/rent a car or take a taxi or bus to get there. There is no monorail station that will take you from Universal Studios to Walt Disney World because Universal Studios is not related to Disney World. --- Depending on where you're staying, if it's a Disney property/resort, they might provide a shuttle to and from Universal. I stayed at Shades of Green in 2014 & there was one bus that went to Universal. There was only one that left at 9 & returned at 6 if I recall so if you missed it you were out of luck.
Hi yes there are they are called the LYNX bus services you will need to look it up on google.Hope this helps x

Eternity, since WMATA doesn't go any where near Disney World; it barely reaches south of the Beltway, let alone all the way to Florida.Your best train option would be to take the Metro to Union Station in DC, then get take the Silver Star or Silver Meteor (Amtrak train routes) to Orlando or Kissimmee Florida. The Amtrak part of that trip takes 17-20 hours, plus around 30 minutes from Falls Church to Union Station, plus around an hour for the bus from Orlando or Kissimmee to Disney World ... or you could take a taxi, which will be faster but cost more.Or you could just take a plane from BWI, which will certainly be faster and could very well be cheaper.
The Disney Cruise website has different schedules for different trips.
It is about 22 miles from Orlando to Kissimmee. This would take about 30 minutes on average to drive, two hours by bus, and six hours to walk. It also depends on which areas specifically you're going from Orlando to Kissimmee, because that could affect the mileage and driving times.
