There is no monorail station that will take you from Universal Studios to Walt Disney World because Universal Studios is not related to Disney World. --- Depending on where you're staying, if it's a Disney property/resort, they might provide a shuttle to and from Universal. I stayed at Shades of Green in 2014 & there was one bus that went to Universal. There was only one that left at 9 & returned at 6 if I recall so if you missed it you were out of luck.

The Amtrak part of that trip takes 17-20 hours, plus around 30 minutes from Falls Church to Union Station, plus around an hour for the bus from Orlando or Kissimmee to Disney World ... or you could take a taxi, which will be faster but cost more.Or you could just take a plane from BWI, which will certainly be faster and could very well be cheaper.
