You will have to either drive/rent a car or take a taxi or bus to get there. There is no monorail station that will take you from Universal Studios to Walt Disney World because Universal Studios is not related to Disney World. --- Depending on where you're staying, if it's a Disney property/resort, they might provide a shuttle to and from Universal. I stayed at Shades of Green in 2014 & there was one bus that went to Universal. There was only one that left at 9 & returned at 6 if I recall so if you missed it you were out of luck.
universal studios is in Orlando so it is not far at all
The Pop Century resort & Universal Studios are a half hour away [depending on traffic] from each other so you'll have to either rent a car or take local transportation [as in a bus or taxi]

I assume you are asking about the Walt Disney College Program. If so, yes. You will be given a bus schedule that arrives at all 3 housing locations for pick up of Disney CP's and drop them off backstage at all parks, Downtown Disney, and Water Parks. It is provided free through the College Program.
