Any car will run slightly differently when it is warm, compared to when it is cold. However, if there is a substantial difference, then there is probably a computerized emissions systems failure. Most likely candidate sounds like the O2 sensor(s), but you should get it checked out by a mechanic.

It's because of the way Saturn's weather works and how it's atmosphere is constructed. Some of the bands are cold air descending while others are warm air rising. Because Saturn is composed of more than one type of gas the warm air currents bring heavier gasses that are a different color to the surface.
