O wow, a horoscope question haha! Hmmm.... with Virgo men, it could either mean he's shy or that's just how they are from the start. Take your time with a Virgo, because they prefer taking their time knowing the person instead of accepting at the start. Especially if it's heading to a relationship, you must have patience with a Virgo man. They may seem cold and detached, but they're not. Deep down where hardly anyone knows their true colors, is a true passionate worthy man who's willing to serve a long or everlasting relationship or a great friendship (However, everything I said does not apply to all Virgo men)
It could also mean he just does not like you from the start.... but that's a really rare case.

pets are always pets. Some days we give all our attention when we feed them but on some days we dont.. If your pet gets used to your attention while eating, he wont eat food if you dont give that attention when you call them for food.. So either dont give attention while the pet eats from the beginning or give him all that you have. I have a dog at home who wont eat if i dont sit near him till he eats :)
