This is sadly not possible in Windows any more.
Basically all utilities located in folders - Windows and Windows\System32.
It is not connected to Windows 7 in any way. Mac OS2 introduced multiple folders, a "Shut Down" command and Screenshots. That is the only similarities to Windows 7.
There is no limit. The space on your hard drive is the limit
Windows 7 has a maximum file size of 16 TiB.
In windows operating system it is called "Windows Explorer", file name: "explorer.exe".

Click on "Start" followed by clicking on "Search" and a window called "Search Results" will be displayed. Towards the middle-top of the window, you will see the word "Folders" along with a Folders "icon". Click on either the word "Folders" or the Folders "icon" and the left side of the window will now display the path of the Recycle bin. In actuality, the Recycle bin is a subset or "child" of the "Desktop" folder.
AppData folder is in C/Users/{AdminUsername} Just make sure you have Show hidden folders.
The Detail View list of files In Windows 7 -- when sorted by date -- will first list the sub-folders in order by date, followed by the regular files in order by date. To see both folders and files intermeshed by date, you can use this trick: Open the folder you wish to sort. In the Search box at upper right, type *.* and then start the search. Note: *.* tells search to "get all items in the folder" The search results window will display everything in date order, regardless of whether it's a file or a folder.
If you look at your task bar, you will see an icon that looks like a couple of file folders. click on that and it will open the windows explorer for windows 7. alternatively if you right click on the start menu button, there will be the option to open windows explorer. but clicking the icon mentioned above will bring about the same result.
I just did a clean install of Windows 7's Release Candidate, and my hard drive had 11.7GB used.
