What you are talking about may be the cause of many things.
1) The person you are referring to is going through an emotional period at the current time.
2) The person you are referring to is going through a period in their life where they are experiencing new or high amounts of hormones e.g. puberty (this may also be caused by the side effects of any new drugs that have recently been taken, but do not take my work for direct drug and medical advice, I am not a doctor).
3)The person you are referring to may have a condition called Skitsophrenia (although this is unlikely I think it is what you are talking about), this is a condition that means you have multiple personalities, and one moment you may be acting very kind and nice and the other you could turn into a madman. Although this is an aspect of Schizophrenia, this is not the sole effect of the condition.
Although these are the most commonly known causes, there are many others and for future information you may want to ask someone with a full degree in this field of medicine.

Yes. It is also normal to get sticky stuff in other people's pants. Unless they didn't give consent of course, then it's very abnormal.
The normal cycle is the one with the fastest agitation. You would use this for sturdy, cotton clothing that has a heavy dirt level - sweat, mud and other soil.
During sleep, the medulla oblongata controls sleep and arousal monitoring sensors to the cortex and other parts of the body. There are cholinergic neurons in the medulla oblongata that remain active during REM sleep. When a person experiences sleep walking, these neurons become inactive which causes a person to sleep while in action.
One ca become a better listener by not interrupting again and again. One should try to understand what other is saying.
Before a person become anorexic, they are just like any other normal person in the world.

They become normal once you complete the quest for the golden pouch, but don't worry the other team gets normal also because peggy/fred gives the other team the pouch and they are normal too
The disorder can go into remission without drugs and the person can become normal. Often, though, medication is required. Sometimes the medication makes the person become almost normal. In other cases, it doesn't do any good. A person with bipolar disorder, though their medications may have helped them tremendously and though they may not be manic or depressed, will always be a person with bipolar disorder. They may be able to do everything a "normal" person can do or they may find their lives limited by their condition. Bipolar disorder can look different in different individuals also. Note that I am not a doctor or a psychologist and the above answer should not be used in place of medical advice.

It's different for everyone, but some common places are: the other person's waist the other person's back the other person's shoulders the other person's face If you aren't sure, when the moment arrives, just hug the other person, squeeze them tight, and start small. Kissing seems complicated, but it's easy once you have the chance to practice.
