speaking from my own personal experience, as of lately i have been feeling more inclined to wanting to wear the niqab. it was more so due to gaining higher knowledge about Islam and understanding rather than taking on what i heard about islam from the tabloids.
also individuals have various goals in life, my one has know become purely a spiritual endeavour, so im willing to take anything that will bring me closer to Allah.
and if the niqab will bring me closer into the folds of islam i will take it.
surprisingly there are quite a fair bit of teenage niqabis out there just yesterday i met a 15 yr old niqabed sister.

To wear a niqab, a sister has to have that zeal and intention of wearing it. As you do in all, say your "BISMILLAH", and place the niqab on your face(for those with single cover). Ensure your nose and forehead are not exposed, then you tie the rope at the back or ask for assistance(N\B:The rope comes with the niqab). Then you're done with fixing your niqab.Alhamdulillah!
