A volcano system is an area were multiple opening along the earth center around a magma source. The acid lakes, bubbling mud pot, and geyser of Yellowstone is an example of a very large volcanic system.

A volcano is an opening, or rupture, in a planet's surface or crust, which allows hot magma,volcanic ash and gases to escape from the magma chamber below the surface.
