Well, an earthquake in a place can cause a Tsunami in a in a country located in another continent because of the waves caused by the earthquake. When the earthquake makes the ground shake the water surrounding it will form big waves. These waves will go through the ocean and probably go over Another Country causing the water to get into the coast (causing a tsunami).

The Earthquake occurred before the tsunami as it is what caused the tsunami.
No. A tsunami is a giant ocean wave. A tsunami can be caused by an earthquake, but they are completely different things.
11th March 2011: Japan was hit by an earthquake resulting in a tsunami coming in from the pacific ocean.
If an Earthquake happens somewhere near the ocean, and the nearest continent is Australia, where would it be headed? Depends on the way the plates shift in the Earthquake.
An earthquake happened, which triggered the tsunami.
In Japan a lot of people died because there was an earthquake the right after that there was a tsunami
Nine were killed by the earthquake and and at least another 120 by the Tsunami that it created.
There was a tsunami, but it was triggered by a volcanic eruption, not an earthquake.
