The three sacraments that can be received only once are: Baptism, Holy Orders and Confirmation. Of course, Holy Orders is limited to men.
Each of these sacraments has a specific purpose, which once received, need not be administered again. Baptism ushers the recipient into the Church making him / her a Christian.
Confirmation brings with it the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit making the recipient a "soldier" of Christ. Holy Orders makes the man receiving the sacrament a priest forever.
Once. The only sacraments one is allowed to receive more than once are Eucharist, reconciliation and anointing of the sick. You can also receive the sacraments of confession and marriage more than once.
Baptism, Conformation, and death

There are seven sacraments in the Catholic Church, so which three the question is specifically referring to is unknown. Most certainly at Christmas the Holy Eucharist is distributed during Mass, but other than that, all the other sacraments have no particular place in the liturgy of Christmas. Perhaps you refer to the traditional boon granted to priests that they may celebrate Holy Mass three times during Christmas, once at midnight, once at day break and once in during the day. Usually a priest is allowed to say Mass only once a day, unless necessity dictates otherwise.
Not once.

It depends on what you are trying to say. "Once you receive it" means that sometime in the future, you anticipate receiving the object. "Once you received it" means that you already have received it, and have acted at the point when you did receive it.
Catholic AnswerThe Sacraments of Initiation, baptism, confirmation, and Holy Eucharist, are normally received all at once except in the case of infants in the Western Church. In the Eastern Church, these sacraments are all received by an infant, at the same time: the priest confirms the infant immediately after Baptism, and then gives Holy Communion. In the Western Church, the three sacraments are still received together by adults coming into the Church at the Easter Vigil. Those who are not baptized, are baptized, then confirmed, then, later in the Mass, receive their first Holy Communion. Is in only in the case of infants in the Western Church where the sacraments of initiation have been set apart and are usually given Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, - in that order.
This is not quite true. there are seven sacraments. Some of them- Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Orders ( being ordained a Priest) are ( one-shots) as they are said or believed to leave an indelible mark on the soul. -and thus special. on the other hand penance (confession) and the Holy Eucharist ( Communion) are intended for frequent and repeat action. The Last rites- well that is not necessarily a one-shot as many people have periodic sick calls and may well recover. on it goes. I am not aware of the explanation of three sacraments being received or performed at once- this is not, in my experience, quite accurate- though some- Weddings- are tied into the Mass structure- thus a Nuptial ( wedding oriented) Mass. so one would have two sacraments- as communion is part of every mass.

At the Easter Vigil Mass, candidates in RCIA (the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) receive two of the three Sacraments of Initiation, because they have already been baptized in another Christian church, and the Roman Catholic Church believes in only one baptism. Candidates receive: * Confirmation * Eucharist If one is an RCIA Catechumen (A person going through RCIA that has never been baptized in another Christian church), then they will receive ALL THREE Sacraments of initiation at the Easter Vigil Mass: * Confirmation * Eucharist * Baptism
