You can't really generalize it like that. Lots of girls/people have a group that they feel comfortable around regardless of race and possibly, anyone who tries to enter their circle is seen as an outcast until they become friends. I have a friend that's black and we hang around with our predominantly Asian and white friends. We all look at someone oddly when they start trying to hanging out with us but when we become friends, it's different.
If you're talking about a certain Asian girl that's being rude to you, that's another story! Maybe they're being that way for the usual reason girls don't like each other: looks, clothes, boys, etc.
