The value of a Browning Model 1886 45-70 Lever Action rifle can vary depending on its condition, year of manufacture, and any special features it may have. On average, these rifles can range in value from around $800 to $2,000 or more for well-maintained or rare models. AnswerBothThere's a little hard to see lever on top of the steering wheel that slides back and forth. Find it,slide it to the left and pull or push the wheel where you wan it and slide back to the right. The tilt lever is more obvious.Hope this helps.
