Christianity teaches that there is only one God and He is not a member of the Kim family. This directly conflicts with the North Korean Statist religion of Juche which holds that the Kim family, and especially Eternal President Kim Il-Sung are gods on Earth. As a result, any North Korean Christian is seen to be committing treason by not accepting all of the tenets of the Juche religion.

Christians have been persecuted by some communists, some Hindus, and some of the Muslims in the continent of Asia. Not all commies, Hindus, or Muslims do that though. The people who persecute the children of God probably are being influenced in their thoughts by demons or demonic influences or they wouldn't be interested in persecuting God's people. More brave unwavering Christian missionaries are needed in Asia.
