Absolutely wring saying. No one can claim that Christians can't touch Muslims. However, if you mean by touching some kind of sex, then it is not allowed for Muslims to practice sex (oral or intercourse sex) with any one (Muslim or non Muslim) without licit marriage per Islam religion.
Not all are against Christians. Those who are do so because of their interpretations of their Holy writings or because of a leader with these interpretations. There are many differences between the Holy Bible and the Quran which makes it apparent that both cannot be the truth. So human nature prevails and pride takes over creating conflict/death.
