For the purposes of chemical composition, generic Ritalin, which is called Methylin is the closest to brand name Ritalin. The next closest would be brand name Adderall, which generic name is just Amphetamine Salts. Source: my experience and my pill bottles
By definition, Adderall is NOT a generic. Adderall is the trade name given to a specific formulation of amphetamine salts. There is a generic form of Adderall, usually called "Amphetamine salts." Just like Coke is not an off-brand cola, but there is off-brand cola.
Ritalin can help increase concentration and attention control in someone who has problems with those things. Some autistic people have problems with attention control; some do not. Ritalin may or may not help those who have problems with attention. Ritalin will not directly affect the symptoms of autism.
No. Adderall is composed of two dextroamphetamine salts and a racemic mixture of amphetamine salts.
Usually a stimulant, the most common being methylphenidate(Ritalin) and mixed amphetamine salts(Adderall). Methamphetamine(Desoxyn) is one of the last resorts used by doctors as a treatment option.
If no illegal drugs were used then its a false positive. Some prescription meds have amphetamine i.e. adderall. If you aren't on any ADHD meds then it is most likely from the otc sinus meds, and/or acid reducers ranitidine zantac can/probably will cause a urine test to show positive also.
Yes. It will say it in its generic form "Amphetamine salts"
Yes. Adderall is the brand name for a product which contains mixed amphetamine salts.
Adderall, Adderall XR, it's generic equivalent D-Amphetamine salt combo or "mixed amphetamine salts", and the rest of the ADHD stimulant type medications all fall into the DEA Schedule 2, or CII. They are heavily regulated, not able to be refilled without a new RX and must be stored separately from other medications and other controlled substances. Hope that helps you out.
It contains Amphetamine salts but not 'salt'.
Most simply, they are two different drugs. Concerta is a sustained-release formulation of methylphenidate, and Adderall XR is an extended-release formulation of a mixture of amphetamine salts. It's like the difference between Ritalin and Adderall, which are the immediate-release forms. Both drugs are stimulants, usually prescribed for ADD/ADHD. Methylphenidate is said to not be as strong a stimulant as amphetamine, but is still controlled as tightly.
Is it dangerous? HELL YEAH. Its extremely dangerous to take "bath salts" alone. doing it with adderall is a surefire way to end up REALLY psychotic, or dead.
