Kittens are fuzzy because their fur has not fully come in yet. It's just their kitten fur, like when babies have their baby hair and sometimes the baby hair falls out but they have hair that grows back in.

Because they need a lot of fur to keep their body warm when the are very little. My cat is about ten months old and she is very small and she is very fluffy. Most small cats are fluffy. Some big ones are fluffy too. It just depends on the breed. But my cat is part of a short haired cat breed and yet she is still fluffy because she is very small.

kittens are usually fluffy because their hair is long. the longer the hair is the fluffier they are. my cat Dexter is so fluffy because his hair is long. my other kitten Odus isn't very fluffy because his fur is short.

The cat licked its' fur or the cat licked it's fur?

Actually, this should be "The cat licked its fur". "It's" is a shortened version of "it is", so would not work correctly in this sentence. "Its" is usually used when something belongs to something else, like the fur belongs to the cat.

Your cat's tail would be bald.It would depend on the type of accident as to whether the fur would grow back. If the hair follicles were damaged, then the fur probably wouldn't grow back. But if your cat was in anyaccident, you should take it to the vet.
