There is usually only 3 reasons. 1-the headlight switch is burned out. 2-both headlight bulbs are burned out, you don't notice one light being out, but you sure notice when the second one burns out. 3-check out the dimmer switch, it will cause both lights to be out.
It is the same as the switch to turn on the headlights. Pull it out toward you.
If it is equipped with fog lights, you turn them on by pulling the headlight switch out one notch after turning the headlights on.

The headlights do not have an external fuse. The underhood computer (FCM) has internal fusing for the headlights.
