well for one thing, have you ever tried putting on lipstick over flakey chapped lips?! its disgusting. it makes you put your lipstick on right after youve eaten a big ol crumbley biscuit. ive got some advise; stop using chapstick for about 2 weeks and presto! your lips will be healed. no more need for chapstick and hello beautiful lips! if you scrub your lips, and still use chapstick, your just prolonging the issue. it doesnt work! just stop everything all together and give your lips a rest. they will heal on their own. hey i have a personal trick you can try for a more instant result; try slathering on some lipstick way before you even put your makeup on. lipstick has the tendency to soak into the dead skin on your lips. youll be able to wash it right off. make sure the lipstick is a light shade to avoid staining your lips. anywho i hope this will help you! gook luck
When you lick your lips, you're very temporarily making them moist, but evaporation then dries them out even further than before you licked them.
The chapping is usually very easily hurt so licking them just touches them
when u lick your lips you moisten them and when it evaporates it leaves them even more dry and hence gets chapped
umm.......PUT ON SOME CHAPSTICK!

No
It means you get chapped lips easily. Just wear more chapstick to protect your lips. In addition, avoid licking them. That might make it feel better short term, but in the long run, it makes it worse.
chapped lips
Im sure it is fine. You might have chapped lips because the lip rings are keeping the moisture from getting to your lips. When i got my lip ring my lips got slightly chapped also but make sure you do not put anything on your lips to heal the chapness. This might cause infection in the lip rings. If your lips get TOO chapped you might want to call the peircer and ask about it.
Chapped lips do not lead to flu. It is not possible. You get flu when you come in contact with another patient suffering from flu.

Probably wants a kiss. Or has chapped lips.
The best time to apply lip balm to prevent chapped lips is before the lips begin to feel dry. The sooner lip balm is applied, the safer the lips will be.
