It depends on the individual dog. I have a poodle and a chihuahua. Their breeds are known to be snotty and yappy, but they are both quiet, and kind dogs. I have only met nice Chinese Crested dogs, so it just depends, but usually Chinese Crested dogs are one-person dogs, and don't like anyone else.
Chinese Cresteds were bred to hunt mice or to hunt drugs to save people.

Generally no. The Chinese Crested is difficult to housebreak in comparison to other breeds. Consistent crate training is needed and you may even need a doggy door in the training process. Some Chinese Cresteds never becomes fully housebroken and territorial marking is common amongst unneutered males.
Do you mean how to say it in Chinese? It has so much mean for Chinese that it has many pronunciation, for example, "真 实" zhen shi "当 然" dang ran and so more
Well, Chinese Cresteds today aren't always hairless. There are two varieties, the more famous hairless variety (which actually does have some hair) and the less famous "powderpuff" variety. Powderpuffs are fully coated just like any other breed.
hanyu means Chinese. So in China it means Chinese language
