∙ 10y agoThat are at Antarctica because they want to find out different information about it like what flowers grew in Antarctica 100 years ago or how much oxygen was in the air 100 years ago all due to the ice. this sis because if they dig out a big piece of ice and slice a small piece of the bottom then they can take tests on it and other stuff.
