Rising windThe secret lies within the formation. Cumulus clouds, the puffy ones, are created when warm air is forced upwards in a cold front. The air goes up and out, eventually backwards, leaving moisture in the form of clouds as it rises. Since it isn't perfectly stable, it gets shifted around by the wind that naturally comes with clouds, and reaches the natural form of puffyness.

Ya i guess u could say that, but isn't it a lot easier to just tell these lazy idiots that they are cotton balls?
