The Walker Wad Wizard was designed to "retard" the wad at the muzzle. The Black Cloud shotshell has a differently designed wad, sot of like speed brakes on the rear of the wad, to cause IT to slow in flight, releasing shot. Combining the two may not be a good idea. Not dangerous, just may not be good.
The first powered flight was in a plane designed by the Wright Brother's, who called it the Wright Flyer.

Flight Gear is software designed for flight simulation. It is free and has been developed as an open source for multiple platforms. It was initially developed in 1997.
No one "invented" it. It was designed by the Marshall Space Flight Center.
