The radiator on a 98 Buick Century is flushed by turning the petcock to drain the coolant. Water is then flushed through the system until all contaminants are removed.
The HO2S Bank 1 Sensor 1 is located on the exhaust manifold nearest to the front of the car. The Bank 1 Sensor 2 is located on the exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter and after the pipe from the bank 1 and bank 2 exhaust manifolds meet.
It's bound to be somewhere on the exhaust riser to the EGR valve. Look for about a 5/8 inch tube coming up from the rear exhaust manifold.
On My regal the Cat is located under the car a little bit back from the oil pan. But mine is a 2001 so if its not there on yours, it might be connected to one of the exhaust manifolds.
