Giraffes do make sounds. They make snorting and moaning sounds usually when there is danger. Hope this helps!

Also it is said Giraffes have a low frequency voice, and so people can't hear it clearly.

A giraffe does make a sound, actually more of an odd mix of a beep and a grunt. they don't make this sound very often, or very loudly. they will also make a more distinct sound, sort of like a cat when they need food, when they are scarred or being attacked, or something like that.
