No. I wear glasses, and I'm absolutely gorgeous. I'm female, and I have never had an issue with people thinking that I was unattractive. Do take a few minutes to choose your frames well. They do make a difference in your appearance, and just like choosing makeup well, glasses must be chosen in the same fashion.
